Question

Is it possible to generate a Form 843 in the Fiduciary module? Cannot find input screen for it...

I have filled out many Forms 843 in the Individual module but cannot find it in the Fiduciary. Maybe I’m overlooking it, but the “Help” function did not, in this case. 😜 

I could probably find a fillable pdf version online, but having Lacerte populate the parts it does on Individuals would be better.  Has anyone found it for 1041’s in Lacerte yet?

Hi ​@KTinFranklin  Thank you for posting about this. You can make a request for manual entry form on Screen 100 by following the instructions in this help article: Manual entry forms available in Lacerte. Scroll down to the section that reads: Requesting a manual entry form.

Thank you, Kate.  I had seen the state forms there but didn’t notice the ‘Request a Form’ button.  Good to know!
