Is anyone experiencing E-files being sent w/o anyone sending them?
Starting 3/3/21 and still going today, we have clients who are being e-filed through Lacerte, but they're not put into the Wizard. They just show up on acknowledgments. When you F4 and look at the e-file status, it skips "ready to send" and "sent to Lacerte" and goes from "Passed Validation" to "Received at Lacerte","Sent to IRS","Accepted". There information is still in Lacerte for the return, showing a refund, but on all of the ones it has sent, it shows US Return $0 in the e-file status.
