Is anyone experiencing e-file rejects showing return already filed when the return was only filed once. Even has different refund amounts?
We have experienced several e-file issues when filing the return for the first time. Laceret has confirmed that a return was filed but the amounts are not even close to the return we are trying to file and there has been no indication of the filing. Just so you are aware I have been running lacerte sine the 90's so I am familar with many issues over the years that were covered up.
