Is anyone else frustrated by how many "Frequently asked questions"/"More info" links in Lacerte don't work?!

Almost every link for additional info within Lacerte takes me to a "no page found...redirecting to Community" page instead of ACTUALLY connecting me with the information I'm seeking! And the topics are often unclear on Community, including how Lacerte and Proseries answers get intermingled. PLEASE create a RELIABLE source of answers and information for software questions!

Sounds like you are having issues with Intuit's Single User Convenient Key System, also known as SUCKS.

Today, Screen 55.081 - "Frequently Asked Questions" for "New Jersey Residence Information"

Have a PY client, NJ/FL, and was looking for guidance on how to have Lacerte allocate.

But what are you allocating?  FL doesn't have individual income taxes.
