Taxpayer died during the year and accordingly no more estimates are due, but Lacerte is still showing an underpayment penalty for quarters after the date of death.  How do I stop this?

Date of death?  Quarters that penalty is being assessed?  How much money is involved, anyway?

Date of death was entered.  It is substantial dollars.  Also, it is not correct even if small dollars.

Yes, but it's not worth worrying about if less than $100 because it won't be assessed.  I asked the date of death and which quarters were involved, because the penalty still applies to the payments due before death.  If the death occurred before 7/15, you should be home free.
