IRS entering Streamline filings into one year

Two filers now, have received a letter from the IRS claiming filer has sent multiple returns for the same year. When in fact it was a streamline filing procedure with 3 different years in the filing. I have never come across this until recently

Anyone know how to solve this?

Did you process and file the returns strictly in accordance with the procedures outlined?  We've never had any problem (touch wood):
