IRIS 1099 filing system - slow today for you?

I'm having trouble getting into the IRS IRIS 1099 filing website.

I can access it but when I click on Add a new form, it says "loading" but stops there.

It is probably experiencing high volume since today is the due date for payee copies.

The more I know the more I don’t know.
