Iowa 4562A & B

Something I've noticed in these first days of using 2020 software- it seems to be generating an Iowa 4562A and B even when state depreciation is not different from federal.

Too much is better than not enough.  I would just not mention it to Intuit since quite often fixing something tends to break something else.
