Has anyone found a way to have source documents that are downloaded from Intuit Link bundled into a pdf that Tax Import will accept? I don't use DMS. Do I really need to print the source docs out of Link then scan them to my computer?
Link doesn't have a function that will allow you to consolidate separate files into one single PDF for download.
You can download them in batch as a Zip file, then unpack that on your computer into individual files again. That would be faster than downloading each file one by one. To import the files into Lacerte, you'd have to do a bit of work. If the file you need to import is not in PDF format, you may need to convert the file by printing it to PDF (which should be faster than printing and scanning and produce files with better quality, depending on your PDF printer driver/settings).
