Intuit connectivity. Lacerte 2024? 12/6/24

Is anyone else experiencing repeated issues with the Lacerte 2024 application (and potentially 2023)? I’m having trouble running the application and logging in. Intuit repeatedly tells me that my internet is down (it’s not). I try again, and the same issue persists, but on the third attempt, it usually works. Is there an outage? If so, shouldn’t Intuit notify users?

Additionally, I’m now being told I have no role for software use, which is surprising since I am the firm Admin. Thanks.

    The email of this reply I received said something different, but... Okay, support is not needed on my end. I’m just a misguided loner, the only one not on vacation from my office. Thank you for following up—it’s appreciated.
