Insufficient User Rights to DataPath: C:\LACERTE\23\TAX\IDATA

I really need help.  3 hours with a Lacerte Rep and two visits from computer consultants I have hired.

I loaded 2023 Lacerte on my new Windows 11 PC.  When clicking the shortcut to open the program I get the messageInsufficient User Rights to DataPath: C:\LACERTE\23\TAX\IDATA  .  It appears I have all permissions set right per Lacerte rep and computer guys.

Has anyone had this issue as I have no other place to go.  Thank you for your help
