Installing Lacerte 2019 on W10 Home 64 giving error
Hello,
I am trying to install Lacerte 2019 on a Windows 10 Home 64 bit laptop. I am getting the error:
unable to write data to file. Administrative privileges required to install the program.
I am logged in with the local administrator account (the machine is currently not attached to the domain since it is "Home" version of windows).
I have run the setup program as administrator.
I have looked around to see if it can be installed on windows 10 home machine but all I see if 64 bit as a requirement.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated while I sit on hold with tech support during tax season!
