Installing Lacerte 2018

I am trying to reinstall Lacerte 2018 tax program on my computer which is the network computer.  It says another computer has the program running even when I shut that computer down.  Is there a way to reinstall 2018 and clear the message?

Use the task manager, & look for *anything* Intuit related - including QB, then shut those down.

Cool... glad it worked.  I worked alllllll day without updating because of some technological *issue*.  I no longer know if I do tax returns, or IT crap (wonder if that'll make it by the censors?).
