Installing a Lacerte Tax yr 2017

When attempting to re-install the Lacerte Tax yr 2017 on my three yr old Dell with Windows 10, I get the message the app I am trying to install isn't a microsoft verified app???  I have the license etc for Lacerte and had 2017 previously on the computer.  What do I do?
