Initial Partnership year

I'm attempting to file Federal extensions for two initial year for 2 Partnerships formed in 2019.and continue to receive rejection errors. I contacted customer support who were unable to offer solutions. Any suggestions?

"formed in 2019" Initial returns were due a year ago. 

You can create 2020 returns to extend by e-file, but not 2019. 

Suggestion: Get a big retainer because one full year of late filing penalties will be a real whopper.

    Perhaps provide a few details as to *what* the rejections actually say?
