Individual or Fiduciary names are not displayed in Lacerte. The names displayed before the last update!!! This is very frustrating, I cannot review anything from these modules.

Solution #1: Installation using The Lacerte Web Setup function
  1. Close the Lacerte program.
  2. In the Windows Search field located in the lower left hand corner, type 20XX Lacerte Web Setup (XX = tax year) Example: 2017 Lacerte Web Setup
