Indiana IT-8879 E-Signature

Indiana IT-8879 is now 2 pages with the signatures on Page 2.  When we send a return through Lacerte for E-Signature, we are only being returned page 1 of the IT-8879 and page 2 with the signatures are not to be found.

Anyone know anything about this?  I believe we are required to keep the signature pages for 3 years, unless something changed this year.  So what's happening here?
