In the Exempt Org module, I have donors who have donated 2 types of noncash gifts (e.g., painting services & lawn mower). I can only include 1 type of property on screen 16.2 under Sch M. How can I include both types of property on Sch M?

Uh, that's a pretty big Maybe.

So the answer is, "No, there is no way to add two non-cash donations from the same donor on screen 16.2 under Sch M." Maybe Lacerte should consider making this change to their software.

Donated services are not reportable as revenue on the 990 so skip the painting service. Then you're left with the lawn mower.
