In print settings, is separate filed forms the extensions?

No - Separate forms might be like 2848 (POA), Change of Address (8822), etc that are not normally part of the regular filing of the 1040. The extensions would be printed as part of the regular tax package given to the client or preparer file.

Print settings have nothing to do with your question.  If you could clarify what you are looking for by providing more info, someone may be able to help.

In the print settings for client copy - What is classified as "Separate Forms" and "State Separate Forms"

or

What kind of forms are printed when this is selected.
