Illinois State returns- unemployment withholding is too high and the returns will not efile- is there a fix for this?

We have noted that Illinois unemployment withholding is causing returns to be rejected for e-filing because the state withholding amount is too high.  How should we address this?  We don't want to paper-file state returns for a few dollars, but also don't want the returns to be wrong.

I don't do IL so how much is too high?  Could be a glitch in the system or it could be something that is going to cause paper returns to be filed.

If you feel it is a program glitch, send an e-mail to Lacerte to let them know. You can attach a copy of the return and a detailed e-mail of the problem.
