Question

If our firm didn't file the original return, can we file the amended return in ProSeries? We've never been able to get it to work.

Is this an allowable feature for ProSeries?

    Is there some criteria we might be missing? We have not been sucessful getting these e-filed.

      I thought there was more info in that link than there really is.  Have you checked the box in the information worksheet that the original return was e-filed?
