Question

If my taxpayer moved out of the country, where do I enter this information? I am assuming I cannot efile? The country box is grayed out in Lacerte.

Check the tiny little box for "Foreign Address?" in the top left corner of the Address tab and see if magic happens. 

Every now and then, it comes with firework and confetti...

    Of course you can e-file.

    You can even e-file for a non-resident  taxpayer who has never set foot in the US - but of course only if you have the E-file authorization and so forth.
