I need to file a mn return but form says do not file . called lacerte waited over 1 hr ,called back and am hold and wait time is over 1 hour.

Make sure you have the latest update. Press F10 and look at versions - MN should be 38.0925

there is a checkbox in state modifications to say it is filed with the changes the legislature made
