I have several partnerships that will have basically the same information on a 3115, is there a way to copy a form in on client and paste it into another client?

No, but you can use Ctrl + W to find the batch input code # and amount. Then enter the data with more of a "heads down" entry method. You could also print an input sheet from the one client and use that, but I find a print screen probably is quicker and easier.
