I HAVE ONE W2 BUT COMES WITH COBY B WICH SHOWS A SECOND STATE TAX WITH HELD FOR THE SAME JOB CAN I JUST ENTER THEM ALL FOR THE SAME JOB AND SPECIFY FOR EACH STATE

Yes. Ctrl+E to get the pop-up to split the income between states. You want to enter the split into the Box 1 Federal Wages input field, for most states.
