Question

I have CHOICE200 and Intuit keeps reducing the balance of my returns to 0 with the message "RE-CREATE PPR FILE WITH EXTRA BALANCE" within the Pay Per Return Audit Report.

Customer Support as usual just read me a script saying "Tech Support will look into it within 24-48 business hours". I've paid for a software I can't use and it's in the middle of tax season! This is probably the most incompetent thing I've ever seen from a company in my life. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps, refreshing updates, installing updates, tools > license, etc. Software recognizes that I have an active license but I have 0 returns remaining when I should have 170.

If you stay with Intuit, I promise that you'll see far more incompetent things than that.

There was someone else that posted a similar problem, and it took them WEEKS to get resolved.  They were paying the PPR fees just to get by, and customer service eventually fixed the problem and refunded the PPR fees.
