Question

I have a non resident Ma return. the only MA income is wages yet the program has brought over the short term capital losses and I can't seem to get rid of them.

    Lacerte likely similar to ProSeries, either there should be an cap gain/loss worksheet to indicate the loss is non-MA or a 'differences' worksheet for MA Sch B where you can offset it by entering a positive amount.

      I am having a similar issue with an Iowa non-resident return.  Lacerte is not generating a Schedule 1 and modifying the income to exclude income from other states.
