Question

I have a Lacerte MFS return with e-file boxes checked but does not appear under e-file clients. What else do I have to check?

I have both CA and FED boxes checked for e-file on screen 1 for both of the MFS returns following the split, yet neither return can be accessed through the client screen under E-File returns, but they are visible under All Clients.

    Hi ​@tkellyesq  The next best step would be to reach out to Lacerte Support as they have the tools to remote in and take a closer look.

    Thank you for the input but I am using the hosted Rightworks system and I often get no adequate response to my queries from poorly trained staff who are not available 24/7 like other platforms and I find members of the community here are far more knowledgeable.
