I cannot log into my 2020 LaCerte Tax Account

Just recently when I tried to log into my 2020 LaCerte tax account I received a message saying "Browser not supported".  I have not problem logging into all of the other years.  I received this message just a week ago.  Prior to that I had no problem logging into the 2020 program

What can I do to resolve this?
