I can't open my 2018 Lacerte Tax Program - What do I do?
I click on the 18 tax icon and it seems to begin but then nothing happens, the link where I type in my user name and password does not appear to allow me to continue into the program

Try a Force install https://accountants-community.intuit.com/articles/1859961-how-to-perform-a-force-install-of-lacerte My guess is that will fix the issue.
Sometimes the log on window is hiding. In that cast try https://www.technipages.com/bring-off-screen-window-back-onto-screen
