Question

I AM WORKING ON THE 1040x AND AM READY TO PRINT. AT THE UPPER LEFT OF THE 1040x THE WORDS COMBAT - INJURED VETERAN ARE PRINTED. HOW DO I FIX THIS?

I HAVE CHECKED NO BOXES AND WHEN I SEARCH ON LACERTE I DON'T FIND A SOLUTION.

1 - In Forms view RIGHT click on the phrase and select "Jump to Input"

2 - In Detail view use Ctrl + F to search for "combat" I see a couple of entry points for that. 

3 - There is a check box in screen 59 Miscellaneous, but your statement would seem to say you see that one and it is not checked.  Remember we are all blind on occasion.

Go to screen 59. In the Miscellaneous Information section remove the checkmark for disability severance payment to veterans combat injured veteran.
