I am trying to add a printer but does not see where is the place con you please help me. thank you,

You add via Windows not via Lacerte. Lacerte uses the printer selected in Settings > Setup > Printer Selection (from the dropdown there).

Each time you print, when in the Print Tax Return window, you can change printer by selecting it in the lower left via Settings...
