Question

I am the administrator, but my 2024 download doesn't think so. I need a little help.

The program error message says I have to be the administrator to install 2024 Lacerte.  I am the administrator.

Right click the program and select "Run as Administrator". It is a windows issue and windows sometimes seem to forget who we are.
