Question

I am preparing Form 706 in 2019 Lacerte and it will not generate Form 8971. The box on Gen Info 4 to suppress Form 8971 and Form 8971 Sched A is Unchecked.

Are the beneficiaries all listed in Screen 2?

Are the Items allocated to those beneficiaries in the other screens? 

Did you set up % allocations in Screen 34?
