I am getting access denied when restoring the 2020 clients

I can restore 2019 but I cannot restore 2020.

It was working before the update for Lacerte and Windows.

I'm up-to-date and no problems.

1) Try running WebSetUp & force a re-install of Lacerte (even if says you are up to date

2) Try reinstalling the latest Win10 update

3) Uninstall the latest Win10 update and / or  roll back to a previous Win10 version (I have one computer that when I update Win10, it drops all connections with my NAS)

Thanks for responding but it is still not working......and Support has given up which even makes me madder.
