I am getting a critical diagnositc 58412 on S-corp

I am getting a critical diagnostic: When "Entity is not required to file income tax" is selected, the return is not eligible for extension.  The return has already been successfully extended.  I have search to see if some box was accidentally checked with no luck.  Jump to is not available.  Can anyone help?

Update: I removed the "1" in the state mandatory voucher box and the diagnostic went away.
