How to Show HI Non-Res on N-15

U.S Citizen living in New Zealand the whole year. She wants her mailing address to be Hawaii. But she's been a non-resident the whole year. N-15 is showing her as a part-year resident, and I can't figure out how to change it to a Nonresident. I have nothing marked on Screen 55.21, and jump-to-input from the Nonres checkbox in Forms takes me to screen 58.1 for 1040-NR, which also isn't right.

I have no income sourced to Hawaii in the returns (all “US”). She maintains a Hawaii business license, so it seems prudent to continue filing there to avoid potential notices and start any statute of limitations by filing, maybe I'm off-base here).

I searched past posts but couldn't find anything. Any tips for me to mark HI nonres?

In Screen 1, make the Resident State as of 12/31 US? Mark or unmark Full Year Resident? Mark Multi-State return?

Yep, Screen 1 res state is marked “US.” I’ve tried checking/unchecking full-year resident, no change. It is marked multi-state because there’s a similar level of CA touch, so I file for her there too.
