how to set an appointment on lacerte (so it will show up on display)?

how do I set an appointment so it will show up on the display?

This seems like a waste of display space, but Settings > Options > Display > Select the parts of Appointment Information that you want and click the > to move it to the right, then sort the order you want.

    there isn't any information in the appointment time etc...….how do you get the information in that space?
