How to resolve Error F990-901-02

I have Efiled a Form 990PF with a fiscal year ended February for years.  This year's submission (2/28/21) fiscal year ended (2020 Form 990PF) has resulted in an Error F990-901-02 which appears to indicate that the fiscal year end doesn't match the e-file database.   How do I resolve?
