How to report a Bug - Lacerte Trial Balance Utility

When printing reports out of the Lacerte Trial Balance Utility, If I exclude zero balances and the top line of the report just so happens to have a zero balance, it fails to display the total of the next grouped subtotal. 

 

I really like using the trial balance utility, I just wish it was significantly less buggy!

    From the Client Display Screen use Ctrl + L to open a service request to report a problem.
