How to get Lacerte to print "Filing as surviving spouse" on final MFS for deceased spouse.

I'm showing surviving spouse as personal representative, but that is not flowing to 1040 signature area.  

Also getting AZ diagnostic 10466 "AZ will not accept decedent returns for efile unless signed by surviving spouse."  I don't see anywhere to indicate this.

Skip the Personal Representative part. You don't need it for a joint return.
