How to generate multiple foreign countries with one 2555?
I have a US Citizen taxpayer who worked in Hong Kong from 2018 to mid-July 2019.
Due to civil unrest and COVID, this Taxpayer moved from Hong Kong and started working in Japan from the rest of July 2019 till current. In both counties, she worked (still now) as an employee in different employers.
Because Hong Kong is not a US-Treaty country, I have created a Physical presence test and Form 2555, trying to take Foreign income exclusion. I read you only can create one Form 2555 per taxpayer. So, how would you create the form to fill in? It seems that I can't create more than two countries to input?
Any suggestions?
