How do you generate a CA form 568 for a SMLLC owned by a C Corporation in Lacerte?

It is not part of the C Corp module. https://www.ftb.ca.gov/forms/2020/2020-568.pdf seems to be an option. You will need to request a waiver from efile https://www.ftb.ca.gov/tax-pros/efile/business-eFile-waiver-request.asp
