How to gain administrator privileges to download Lacerte

Need to transfer Lacerte to a new computer.  Need to obtain administrator privileges to download Lacerte License on new computer first.

    The existing primary admin on your account would have to edit your user permission settings. That person needs to login to proconnect.intuit.com (select Lacerte), and select "manage users," and edit/upgrade your access from there. Then you should be able to login similarly and download the software.

    Alternatively, the admin could login, download the software, and securely send you the install file for you to install on your new machine.
