How to fix diagnostic ref. 58719 in Lacerte
I am getting this critical diagnostic: At least on of the following fields must be present on an 3-file return: total income, AGI, tax on income, total credits, total tax or tax payments. ref. #58719.
My client is on social security and none of it is taxable, so the fields mentioned have rightfully populated with $0.
Any idea how to get pass this please?
