How to enter federal withholding from SSA-1099?

Where/how do I enter the federal withholding from SSA-1099?  When I enter it in the place I've done for years, I get an error message.  The program wants us to enter name, address, tax i.d. number, phone number from forms such as 1099-NEC, but this info is N/A for Social Security.  So, where should I enter the federal withholding from the SSA-1099?  thank you!

We don't know yet. This appears to be messed up in Lacerte and ProConnect Tax, which share the same engine.

The more I know the more I don’t know.
