How to decrease pay per return account balance ....

I have increased pay per return by too much and would to decrease it for 2023

    Good luck with that but you would have to call support to have any chance of making that change.

      Once Intuit has your money they are unlikely to give it back.

        Lacerte is not the only tax software available.  Have you considered other products?  Perhaps, you should look around soon after April 15.  It may pay off to shop around.
