How to create password protected PDF in Lacerte?

I would like to password protect a client's PDF'd return and mail it to them but the Email PDF option on the print options page is grayed out. Is Email PDF option not longer available in Lacerte? If so, how can I create a password protected PDF and save to send to my clients?
