How to change the client's number without duplicate fees

Hi;

I have a client's number as N&N which is not valid for r-filr. I want to change it without duplicate fees from Lacerte. How can I do that ?

Please advise;

Even tho it says "you'll be charged, generally they don't IF the SSN/FEIN isn't changed.

AND, if you do get charged twice, there's a snifty feature on 'MyAccount' to use & get it reversed.
