How to change display settings to Show FORMS at ZOOM to NORMAL view?

When I open a client in forms view, I would like it to open at ZOOM to normal all the time - how do I get this to happen?

Click on "Forms" tab, and then under "Client" tab click on the rectangle "show full page of tax return"  This looks a full rectangle, not divided by 2 or 4 as the other rectangles in the tool bar
